王水炯,男,博士,教授,博士生导师。主要从事金属同位素地球化学和早期地球演化方面的研究。取得的代表性科研成果包括:(1查明了俯冲变质过程中Mg同位素的地球化学行为;(2开发Ni同位素分析方法,利用Ni同位素揭示硫化物风化在第一次大氧化事件中的“双刃剑”效应;(3提出地球晚期增生过程中有富硫的、极度还原的分异行星物质加入。发表SCI论文30篇。
